I started my career here in Finance and have had the opportunity to work my way up through management, eventually becoming the General Manager. I truly enjoy helping both our customers and our team succeed, and I’m grateful to be part of such an incredible dealership.

I’ve lived in Lancaster County my entire life and love serving the community I’ve always called home. When I’m not at the dealership, you’ll most likely find me out on the water Bass fishing or talking cars. It’s me—hi! I’m Denise, and I’ve been part of the Chapman Ford family since 2021. My journey here started in our Detail Department before moving into sales. One of my favorite things about working here is the people—I actually met my fiancé here, he is one of our technicians.
Outside of work, I’m a huge Taylor Swift fan and can quote just about every song. I’m also a big Adam Sandler fan, with Hubie Halloween being one of my all-time favorite movies. I’m originally from New York City, and that’s where all my family still lives, with the exception of a few. My two cats completely run the house—they’re basically my children! Whether I’m listening to Taylor, spending time with my fiancé and my furry family, or enjoying a movie night, I’m always making the most of life’s little moments.

I’ve had the chance to live all over the country, which has given me a great appreciation for meeting new people and different experiences along the way. I’m happily married, and at home we have a dog who we consider our child.

Outside of work, life stays pretty busy—I have five kids that I proudly coach in wrestling, and I’m a huge outdoors guy who enjoys spending as much time outside as possible. I graduated last year from Hempfield. I’m a huge car guy and have always had a passion for anything automotive, especially Volkswagen. I love being around cars, learning more about them, and talking shop with fellow enthusiasts.
Outside of work, I spend a lot of time with my dog and enjoy going to car shows whenever I get the chance. Whether it’s a classic build or something new and unique, I love seeing what people bring to the scene. I’m excited to be part of the Chapman team!
