I purchased my truck 8 yrs ago. Part of my deal was free inspections. Today they refused to pass my inspection due to the tires and rims I had on my truck for several years. This is one way to void my free inspections. VERY POOR customer service experience.

I had been looking for a car for about 4-5 months. I saw that Chapman had a car that I wanted. I called them because they sent us a waiver for money off for a car purchase. I spoke with a very nice manager there, but when I went in I got put with a salesmen who was very disinterested in my business.
