Never had a bad experience at this . Drop off my vehicle, sitting there waiting room and watch TV, and when they're completed they come explain what they did and I pay and leave. Simple. They explained additional work that needed to be done, showed me pictures and videos, and the work was completed. No problems
Horrible experience. I was charged for a service I didn't not ask for and then it was not completed. The service manager called and insisted I was confused. He was degrading and rude. I highly recommend avoiding this dealership and service center

Bought a used truck on a Wednesday and had to schedule for a recall that should have been taken care of before putting it out on the lot for sale. Never had a problem with dealing with them in the past. The last vehicle I will buy from Chapman.

Chapman Ford listened to what we wanted and needed in a new vehicle, as well as the types we were interested in to purchase. They had us drive each of the models we were interested in buying. They were able to answer all the questions we had about the vehicles, prior to our purchase. They even gave us a lot of additional information about them and explained all the features, as well as how to use them. I purchased my truck 8 yrs ago. Part of my deal was free inspections. Today they refused to pass my inspection due to the tires and rims I had on my truck for several years. This is one way to void my free inspections. VERY POOR customer service experience.
